Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

An order number or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed for the item(s) returned excluding any shipping fees paid with the order. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
*Change your mind for the Pre-sale Items and/or Purchased Items
If customers would like to cancel the order before the listing dispatch date and/or after purchase is completed, a 5% stock-reserving fee is deducted from the refund amount.
*Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
*Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the size might not be quite right, and we’re happy to assist with an exchange.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please review the following terms:
1. Request Period:
All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging (including tags, if applicable).

Exchanges are limited to size changes only for the same product and color (subject to availability).
3. Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
4. Exchange Process:

Please contact us at info@nittakuaustralia.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size requested.

Once we confirm size availability, we will provide return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the new items.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
